These Regulations govern short‑term rental of apartments provided by AXG, ul. Graniczna 29, 40‑017 Katowice (hereinafter: "Alexander").
A rental agreement may be concluded only by an adult (hereinafter: the "Tenant").
The agreement consists of:
In the event of any discrepancy, the registration card prevails.
The Tenant may occupy the apartment solely during the period indicated on the registration card and only for short‑term residential purposes (e.g., business trip, cultural or sporting event).
The rental day runs from 14:00 to 11:00 the following day.
Check‑in and key collection take place at Alexander's reception desk (ul. Graniczna 29) between 14:00 and 22:00 on the arrival date.
The Tenant must present a valid photo ID.
Alexander may refuse accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants; the first night's charge is non‑refundable.
Check‑in outside the reception desk or after 22:00 is possible for an additional fee specified in § 8 sec. 1 (a) (payable in advance).
The Tenant receives a key to the apartment and a building entrance code and undertakes not to share them with third parties and to lock the apartment each time it is vacated.
Only the persons listed on the registration card may stay in the apartment.
Visitors are allowed between 08:00 and 22:00 only with Alexander's prior consent.
Each unauthorised person incurs a contractual penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (a)).
Minors may stay in the apartment only when accompanied by their legal guardians.
Pets require prior consent and payment (§ 8 sec. 1 (b)); pets without consent incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (b)).
The Tenant must use the premises as intended, respect quiet hours (22:00‑08:00) and good‑neighbour rules; violations incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (c)).
Parties or loud gatherings are prohibited; violations incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (d)) and may result in immediate termination without refund.
In case of serious breach of these Regulations or damage to the apartment, Alexander may terminate the agreement with immediate effect without refund.
Alexander may call the police or other services when justified.
Photo/film sessions require written consent and an extra fee; violations incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (i)).
The Tenant is fully liable for any damage to the apartment, its equipment and furnishings, and for the acts of persons or animals introduced into the premises.
Damage covers repair/replacement costs and Alexander's lost revenue for downtime.
All faults must be reported immediately; otherwise the Tenant may bear repair costs.
Alexander may charge a deposit of PLN 500–1 000, refundable within 3 business days of departure, less any claims.
A damage report is drawn up upon discovery; refusal to sign does not waive liability.
The Tenant keeps the apartment clean, using the cleaning products provided.
Final cleaning is included; interim cleaning incurs an extra fee (§ 8 sec. 1 (c)).
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside; in apartments with balconies, smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Violations incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (e)).
The dishwasher may be used only with "3‑in‑1" tablets.
A washing machine is available; detergent is not provided.
Leaving the apartment excessively dirty incurs a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (f)).
The Tenant must vacate the apartment and return keys to reception by 11:00 on the departure day.
Lost keys incur a penalty (§ 7 sec. 1 (g)).
Late check‑out without approval is subject to fees (§ 8 sec. 1 (d)) and the penalties below.
Unauthorised delay in vacating:
Penalties accrue until the apartment is returned and emptied.

Alexander may seek compensation exceeding these amounts.
Penalties are payable within 7 days of notice and may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the payment card.

All additional fees are payable in advance at check‑in after prior agreement with Alexander.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required prepayment in the amount and by the deadline stated in the e‑mail confirmation.
On‑request reservation – if no online availability is shown, Alexander will confirm availability and prepayment method by e‑mail or phone.
Non‑refundable offer (discounted) – 100 % payable in advance; no refund for cancellation, modification or no‑show.
Partially refundable offer – free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; the 50 % prepayment is refunded within 7 days of cancellation. Later cancellation or no‑show incurs a 50 % charge. Guarantee requires a credit‑card hold or 50 % prepayment via online payment.
Guests may lodge complaints regarding service quality.
Complaints should be e‑mailed to apartamenty@alexander‑apartments.pl.
Please provide details (type, date of issue) and contact data to facilitate processing.
Complaints must be submitted promptly; those filed after departure will not be considered.
Alexander will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be settled by the competent common court for the location of the apartment.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by generally applicable law, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
The Tenant declares that they have read, understand and accept these Regulations and received them before concluding the agreement.
